I graduated from Western Governors University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies for K-8. I have had the opportunity to be in several different learning environments from public to private school settings. I have spent the last two years teaching First Grade in a private school setting. I love to share my faith with my students while instilling in them the joy of learning.
I am extremely excited to serve at Immanuel Lutheran School! My son, Zachary and I have been members of Immanuel Lutheran Church since 2011 when we relocated back to Washington, Mo. He is currently a 6th grade student at Immanuel. Being a part of the Immanuel family has been such a blessing to my family. I am very proud to be a Crusader and look forward to creating lasting memories with my students and fellow staff members.
I love to spend my summers traveling, camping, and sitting by the campfire reading a good book. My favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
